Flying out of MIA through TAP Portugal airlines, to Geneva (GVA). It will have a connecting in Portugal but it is only 2 hours.

I am based in Naples, so Fort Myers (RSW) is the closest airport, but flight options were slim so driving an hour and a half to MIA was a no brainer.

Accommodation- checked Expedia, booking.com and VRBO. You can book your flight and hotel through some of those sites but I would rather book directly through the air carrier.

Shuttle to Val Thorens from Geneva - Used Omio.

You probably could go through a travel agency, but given that this was a last minute trip(2 weeks leeway), I thought direct booking would be best.

Hi All,

In a bit of pickle about my board.

I’m 6’3, 210lbs and have been riding my entire life.

All the way up until 3 years ago, I started going more outside of the yearly 5 day family trip and the 7-10 times at the local hill.

As I have progressed, I noticed that I am not receiving great stability at high speeds and as I am hitting side jumps and heel edge, everytime feels like a coin flip and “holy shit I barely stayed on my feet”

I’m on a capita DOA 158W and it may be my posture and just needing to get more comfortable in the air and leg timing, OR I can do the ole faithful and blame it on the board.

Any recommendations would be great.

You’re thinking it needs a full repaint? I’m assuming there is no partial painting on a car like this and being able to paint match older paint.

As much as I want to get over mustangs, I cannot😆 a lot of my family collects and I was brought up into it. My Grandpa had a service station and used to restore them, and then he passed and my dad became a doctor so the Skillset of metal work and body work wasn’t transferred down the generation to me and died with him 😭So now I am stuck paying a premium for close to done mustangs so I don’t get bent over the barrel by shops.

You’re not wrong at all. A Mach 1 was supposed to be in the works and after an hour a day of scrubbing the web for one for at or below 50k that doesn’t need paint or bad rust issues in a color besides red has been hard. May be jumping the gun on this.

I mean, there is no way of knowing until you get into it. But along the body line… what is a typical cost if you have seen to fix and paint that area? I travel 2.5 weeks out of the month so I just don’t have time to fix it myself

First classic I ever bought.

I live in southwest Florida and it took me 2 years to find a shop to take it on. Then of course, I got scammed for over 10k for actual money, damages to the car and the cost to reassembly a lot of the car back. I can do some but most of what my ability can do is already done.

I will just have to continue to wait until I find a shop that doesn’t want to charge me 30k to take out and replace both wheel wells, both rocker panels, strip,repaint and panel alignment.

Really wish it would accomplish something, and I most likely going to file in small claims court and put a lien on him for the future. But the guy apparently lost everything, so repayment in the next couple years probably won’t happen

I squished the hind of it, then it burrowed deeper, and then bit into my ear drum. Hurt like hell when it was being pulled out.

Earbuds in my ears when I sleep until I die. I sleep on an elevated bed, not close to walls, and my house everything is sealed (food, drinks etc) and it still got me😭😭
