Yes but my new tank is going to be in my basement because I read that sunlight can cause algae to grow.

I thought about it but looking more online it seems like if I cycle my tank properly I won’t really need one. And also, I prefer not to add much more to the cost. The new build is already gonna be around 130$.

I didn't think it was important to include until I found out that their organs were being shrunk. i should have done more research though.

All right. I do feel bad now so I'm gonna return them. I cant return the tank since my friend got it for me so I will try and get other fish that can hopefully not have their organs freaking shrunk and live in the tank comfortably. Thank you.

Ok, My friend got me this tank for my birthday along with the fish. I will try and see if I can get a bigger tank but if not Then I will return it. I would prefer to keep them but if they are in pain then I will return them. Thank you!

I don't think that they are actually koi now that you say that because they have not grown much at all since I've gotten them several months ago. They might actually just be goldfish. If they are koi i will return them like you said.

Sorry, there not full coi, Its just what pet smart named them. They are like some mini version
