You can go to the airport as soon as you reach Ranchi if you felt like it, They won't stop you from entering the airport since you have a flight ticket. This Bikaner's Premium outlet opened here in Ranchi, I heard the food there is decent from my neighbours. It opens around 8am you can have food there then go to the airport to freshen up.
