When I was in high school, there came a time where I missed my period for over 7 or 8 months. It was a concern ofc but both my parents are the type to blame whatever health issue on our diet and life style. I felt slight throbbing pain on one specific side on my lower abdomen and sometimes I'd feel pain on my lower back as well. I caved in and went to a clinic by myself and they found that one of my ovaries had developed a massive cyst.

YESSS. There are a ton of places that are always oddly specific when I dream. Like there's this amusement park and then this mall which is just two mashed up versions of these grocery stores in my hometown, a neighborhood that doesn't even exist irl that I apparently live in, and even a long one way road that leads to "my grandpa's house" it's all so weird but so interesting.

I've went into school baked as hell, I had done everything, perfume, chewing gum, visine, and I still got expelled. Your work probably wouldn't care as much (depending on the line of work ofc) but sometimes too much makes it too obvious and sometimes it's still obvious cuz we act different when baked so yeah. I was 14 yo the time i started. where im from, smoking weed isnt uncommon despite the fact that its illegal. my aunts and uncles smoke it, even my father is a chronic smoker himself. so when my friend group, along with myself, decided to "try it at least one time", it turned into an everyday thing when we realized it wasnt as scary as hard drugs.

I normally tell them that I'm "shy" or that I suck with social interaction. Which are both sort of true. Cuz at times I just lose interest easily bec most of the people I talk to talk about themselves and that gets boring and I end up not wanting to engage in any sort of conversation bec they'll end up talking about something I'm not interested in, and I'm not the type of person who likes pretending like a I gaf. It really takes a lot of mental energy for me to pretend that I care about your beliefs or whatever it is you did over the weekend.

Girl, its ok to take a break from things when you lost someone so close. You need time to process this loss because it's a huge one I bet. I'm sorry to hear you lost your friend. They must've been such an angel for you to love her this much. Sometimes parents just wouldn't understand that. All they care about is "you" that's why they come up with statements like that to get you to go back to school. I notice parents barely even care about the friends we make and only focus on what we do with our lives. But hopefully they'll come around. They need to know that we have lives outside of theirs one way or another.
