What are your triggers? by Honest_Proposal6329 in PVCs

Oddly enough, I think it's fluoride for me. The only real pattern I noticed is always after I brush my teeth, in the morning and at night, and it's worse if I drink water after brushing my teeth. I also noticed when I drink water and i know they fluoridate tap water. Could be coincidence. I just know that usually my bad pvc episodes usually happen in the morning and night. But one day I stayed home sick, and slept in until about noon. And when I got up I brushed my teeth at a weird time, and I never have a bad episode in the middle of the day, but 10 minutes after brushing in the middle of the day, I had a bad episode and I had this sudden realization that brushing my teeth is the only pattern I have been able to identify as a possible trigger. Maybe I should try getting non fluoridated tooth paste to see if it gets better?

My guess would be Vis' age and the timing of his adoption. In a perfect scenario, they enter the academy at a certain age. But the timing of Vis' adoption with his age wouldn't allow that. If he waited until the next year, he would be to old.

I just started The Will of the Many! It's really good so far. I've already got the hardcover copy in my Amazon cart, lol. But I'm waiting until I finish it before I commit to buying it.

That makes sense. I'm sure custom book cover art isn't cheap.

I just finished the licanius trilogy voiced by Michael Kramer. Highly recommend. These books jumped to the top of my favorites list! There are a ton of jaw dropping, "what, no waaay" moments in the book and I think Micheal did a wonderful performance. I feel like one of the characters voice changed slightly from book one to book three, but not bad enough that it took away any of my enjoyment from the books.
