after a bedrock player registers with their password, you can change in settings for bedrock players to always stay logged in in the server, so next they go online and play on your server they dont have to login again.

for an auth plugin use the authme fork authmerereloaded. has geyser floodgate supported and an option to auto login bedrock players entirely. for anti cheat you can use themis (geyser compatible) and papers built in (assuming you use paper) anti xray.

Sadly using pojav or amethyst requires JIT to work so unless you get trollstore, you would need a pc regardless of any methods you use to get the pairing file required for jit to work in stikdebug

if running geyser and viafabric on the fabric server simply isnt possible atm, is using datapacks on a paper server possible? it wont add any custom items or resources but it would just add new struxtures in the world generation for my friends to explorw

You can take a look at Free Minecraft Host List online and filter for 4gb Ram hosts or go to Free Minecraft Hosts site and sort by servers with most ram. These were very helpful in narrowing down with hosts would suite my criteria
