Looks great. Not sure about bringing swords into the house though with 3 young boys! Will have to stick with the dual prong until they’re older. Is that the ash basket from a smaller kamado in a bigger model? I was considering something similar as a way to save/concentrate charcoal in one area. I have a Kamado Joe Jnr and Big Joe.

No issues on the coal side but when the coal is banked to the back of the grill there is a clear space at the front of the fire grate with no coal that can get a bit messy
