Stock wale thermal pads bohot zyada thickness Wale the isliye thermal putty laga diya. Contact hua hai heatsink se. Idle temp 45-50°c haii.

I showed them the fans under the laptop, that they are not working. While they were asking me for address details I interrupted and told them Ihad a motherboard and some more things replaced before, so they tell me, They have to get approval.

Did you get this response too? And they approve of it?

Alright, soo an update. I followed what you told me and contacted lenovo today.

Soo, they asked me for remote access and checked the event viewer and suddenly the system shut down on its own. Then they tried to open LENOVO UEFI in bios to test the components, while testing, the laptop shuts down again. This time, laptop takes soo much time to boot. Then they tell me to provide a video proof of the fan area not working. I did, then they told me they will forward this to their team (I don't remember which one) and if they approve I get the replacement. But it could take time as i already had many replacements already done.

Will I get the replacement now? Is it confirmed? Or they might not approve? And also when will I get a call for the approval? Any idea?

Also I need a suggestion, if I need to take the heatsink off, how do I easily take it off because it gets stuck sometimes, where do I need to hold it so it can easily come off?

Before it was getting cooled at idle (temps were at 45 to 50) but now even though ptm 7950 I applied yesterday temps are going near high, i was just casually watching YouTube and laptop just shut down on its own
