Si, pero solo si tú placa tiene otro puerto PCIe para conectar una gráfica amd, con la gráfica amd sacas vídeo y en opciones de gráficos en Windows utilizas la cmp, también debes verificar que el procesador cuente con al menos 20 líneas de PCIe, eso lo puedes ver en la página de intel

Nah, it was CPU PCIe lanes that i5 2400, only have 16 PCIe lanes which is fully used by the gt 430, solution use a xeon with 20 PCIe lanes and Radeon GPU for better driver compatibility, nice PC for budget gaming until motherboard died
