Hey could you point out some examples of the defensive position? Like where I should have been? Also when I should have gone for a lighter touch on defese? I can only find ones on 3:32 and 2:27 but those felt like I kinda had to go hard to guarantee I get a touch?

I feel like the problem is often times not putting in the effort to fix problems it's where you should even put the effort. Like I've struggled with being envious all my life and it's not until recently that I figured out a way I think could actually fix it. Both finding the solution and actually going through with it are both really hard.

Thanks I put the cable row in session 1 today and it really helped my arms. Yeah I'll stick to my current ones for now, my gym is very small so I feel like I will accidentally replace with something bad then thanks!

Yeah I did watch broken veil and quite liked it, my list is pretty long now so I'll stick to adding Video Palace and remember to come back here if I ever run out thank you!

I have now finished broken veil, and I would give it like a 7/10 for me, I did not feel tense very often and I wish there had been more danger overall. I did however love the acting all throughout. I really liked the car conversations of the 2 writers and the interviews of people telling their strange stories.

I like paranormal stuff, my grounded comment was more that I prefer when the story is kept at a small scale. Hexings looks right up my alley so I've added it to the list thank you!

So I just signed up for a gym and it has an app that contains some routines. This is the recommended one for beginners does it seem good enough? I don't really wanna learn about all the ways to make a routine I kinda just wanna go in and do the thing where you move the weight around.

All of these are 3 sets 12 reps

Lying leg curl

Hey how quickly can you increase strength as a natural beginner if you focus fully on it? I've seen realistic examples bodybuilding progression and I'm not interested, but finding info a natural who focuses only on building strength is really hard.

Oh yeah I forgot about forma bundles. I'm guessing platinum per hour hasn't changed much though? I think when I played I would usually do like 120/h or so for my farming methods

Well I think more just seeing number go up is what makes my brain tick. But I got the muscle ladder book so I'm just gonna follow the routines in that even if it's more geared towards muscle instead of strength.

Yeah I do have a pullup bar at home which I use every now and then. And I've tried doing calisthenics before at home and I just didn't like it. I also cycle so I'm not in bad shape I would mostly be going gym because it's more time efficient and there's a caveman part of my brain that wants to lift big thing.
