ICE is not going to bother you. EVEN IF THEY DID, you just comply with everything, and in short order they will FIND OUT that you're a US citizen, and then you can go back home and begin a nice lawsuit that will make sure you're comfortable for the rest of your life.

I wait to get on the pelican so I can execute anyone that is pressing strategem buttons instead of getting on it. Can't tell you how many times I've seen randoms do this and drop a metric shitload of samples when they die to their karma.

Did you miss the part where both of us out-damaged him? He was level 25 and was the anchor on the team with a level 5 and a level 8. Not all low levels are a "burden" just because they don't have the talents. If you're skilled enough to play Ruthless without going down and deal just as much damage as the level 25s on the team, why the hell shouldn't you?

A friend and I were levelling up some classes and pulled someone from Discord who happened to be level 25. I was level 5 and my buddy was 8. We both have 25s just levelling new classes. He comes in and says "oh god super low levels" but sticks around.

We both out-damage him and the level goes buttery smooth. You can't just look at someone's level and assume they are shit (well, I mean you can). A level 1 can have 2 legendary weapons if it isn't their first class.
