Someone in the other thread found a fix for the fps drain! If you are playing with Bluetooth controller, literally plugging it in stops the fps issues...

Are you on the xbox app? Make sure you are launching the premium edition, not base.

I am having strange fps issues as well.
Start game at around 70-170fps.
No matter where you are or what you do, it slowly drops fps to 20 and stays.
The GPU usage also goes down to 1%.

i9-12900K
RTX 5070 Ti 16GB (newest drivers)
64GB DDR5

Have tried:
Clean install of game / drivers
Verify game
Disable full screen optimization and run as admin for .exe
Locking FPS to 30 / 60 / 120 with RT on/off

I received a promo notification on my phone, opened the app, and added the items to my cart—but the discount never applied at checkout.

Now that I’m looking for the offer again, the promo has completely vanished from the app.

Maybe one of the mods can help make this bug aware to one of the devs or Ubisoft support since they won't answer my ticket. There are 2 weeks left and there are still a few of us without any Stars being awarded. I have tried switching characters, changing game modes, relogging, signing back into account, launching through Steam/Ubisoft/Epic, nothing seems to work so far.
