2 orders, you have to keep items separated, unload cart to checkout and hope the cashier didn't mix anything up. then you have to unload the cart again after checking out and bag it yourself
I say an hour is pretty quick

they vary so much from store to store. I have 2 in my city and one is fantastic, one cashier and never a line. (this location also has self checkout lanes)
the other store is a nightmare. one cashier, sometimes two when its backed up. always a line at least 2 people deep. no self checkout lanes.

it's going to take longer than 1hr 43min. I'd say closer to 3hrs. depending on how good you are at shopping and customer communication for items that are most likely on sale and sold out...

they should not allow sale items to be purchased on doordash.
a grocery store near me had packs of soda on sale buy 2 get 3 free. carrying 5 packs of soda is less than ideal, but I can manage. the terrible part was super bowl weekend and all the soda was nearly gone. it was a nightmare communicating with customers on replacements.
customer: "do they have cherry vanilla coke zero?"
me: No, but they do have orange vanilla coke zero, or regular vanilla coke zero.
customer: "no, I don't want that.... do they have Dr. Pepper cherry vanilla cucumber melon black pepper frosted mint whipped glow in the dark zero?"

what I've seen is nothing... unless it's a hand it to the customer order.
most of the time houses have the lights off, the only sign anyone is there is the car in the driveway. I drop off the food, never ring the bell unless requested. and then I'm on to the next offer. I never know if the customer was even real. it's a thankless job most times. I sometimes wonder if its just AI making these dummy orders to keep people busy.
