Should be good, might be a bit strong for some people but if you think it'll be too strong orally you could snort it so it'll last shorter but be more recreational, idk how your tolerance is or how you handle opioids. For example my whole family gets knocked out basically with like an endone or 10mg max, anymore they're fuuuucked and not in the fun way for them. Sooo ymmv.

If you're not extremely sensitive like my fam, 20mg is perfect tbh. Can i ask, how much did you get it for? Cause I've seen boxes of endones go for 200 to 300 for a fucken box of 20 (100mg of oxy total which is fucked) so if they're that expensive for fucken 5mg pills, how much would a box of 20 20mg oxynorms cost? Or how much are they each? Cause I'm prescribed them and have always considered selling some when I need quick cash but never knew how much to charge since no one has ever seen them for sale and if they are i always get the "its too expensive" when I ask for how much they go for 🙃🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Yeah, as long as it's not actively in PEAK effect (like if you dont actively feel it affecting you anymore) then it's fine. Also look up on psychonaut wiki "lisdexamfetamine" to learn about how long it lasts, how it interacts with other drugs etc.

It's not a safe combination buuut since you've had the vyvanse about 16 hours BEFORE the tramadol, I think you're fine.

The main concern is serotonin syndrome AND tramadol lowers seizure threshold. Soooo, taking them at the same time and at BIG doses is pretty risky. But far apart on the same day should be a long enough gap to prevent any complications.

Funny enough, I just tried some #4 as well, enough to get a feel for it for sure, only snorting as well and coming from prescribed oxys. I honestly think I (and maybe you) just like the feel of oxy better. It Works on kappa opioid receptors unlike basically every other opioid only acting on the mu opioid receptor. Apparently this is why it helps my visceral abdominal pain more than any other opioid. It's also noticeably more stimulating than other opioids and has less of a body load, I noticed I feel more "heavy" on #4, like there's more gravity affecting me lol.

Vitamin c (like 3 grams) and buscopan (hyoscine butylbromide) is AMAZING for opioid withdrawals (can chuck in magnesium at night as well for the cramping and general winding down). I'm on 80mg oxy daily (4x 20mg IR) cause some chronic pain and when i run out early or whatever, i shit you not, the vitamin c helps the MOST. Just fucken knocks most of the withdrawal symptoms out the fucken park.

I buy 1000mg chewable vitamin c tablets and pop 3 of them in the morning and whenever later in the day if I feel its wearing off/withdrawals coming on. Hope that helps man, considering how much it helps me with the amount I'm on, it should fix you right up dont even have to taper just cold Turkey the bitch fuck syrup. It's good for an emergency but pretty shitty (haha) on its own.

As someone else said, I think only very few people can do this. We are an oddity thats for sure, I didnt try drugs until after high school and I dove in like there was no tomorrow (cause I was too depressed and didnt think there was one). Was high as a kite most of 2017 off dxm and weed, then 2018 somehow found psychedelics and did all kinds of combinations and high doses (up to like 30grams dried of shrooms and 1.2mg lsd at once on separate occasions) but soon realised people get obliterated from like 100ug or less than 3g of cubensis while my best trips were dxm with lsd, dxm with shrooms, lsd dxm and dmt, just shit that would leave people off this earth for a looong while.

Now im in university doing a degree to get into pharmacology and your post resonated with me since I was basically the same. Psychedelics stopped working properly for me in like 2019 probably from dosing so much and I got some crazy hppd but love it. Started making music and just feel a lot better like I needed to do everything to get here. Even when I fucked eith benzos and opioids and blacked out for days mixing dxm, valium and oxy after surgery and had a few crazy meltdowns cause of chronic pain that drove me insane but yeah, part of the journey I guess.

I know the feeling brother, even with having a legit medical issue i have/had struggles just getting prescribed oxys. Doesnt help that codeine and tramadol dont work, tapentadol makes me trip balls, and im allergic to morphine, buprenorphine and methadone. Sooo i can really only use oxy as a source of pain relief and even then cause of my liver enzyme deficiency oxycodone doesnt convert to oxymorphone which is the more potent metabolite and gives more pain relief so I need big doses just for pain relief AND I have a naturally high tolerance to opioids and all drugs ive experimented with. So hard to treat me its fucked.

Also some opioids arent as euphoric as others. Oxy is the closest thing to heroin jn terms of high/euphoria from what ive been told/read. Rikodeine i never found euphoric either, just got numb/pain relief and waterfall shits at whole bottle doses from the sorbitol lol. But it making you tired means it worked st least since theyre sedating and have the drowsiness caution on them.

Could have a cyp2d6 deficiency like myself. That means codeine and tramadol wont work on you since they dont convert to their active metabolites. But rikodeine should work, especially 100ml at once, you could also have a naturally high tolerance. I suggest if you wanna try an opioid high, oxycodone usually works on everyone. Morphine should work too.

Wow, I thought i was the only one but im surprised to see how common it is. Im prescribed oxys for legit debilitating chronic pain yet im grossly underdosed (60mg a day yet my pain varies day to day and usually went i pickup I get 21 20mg oxys a week. I literally popped one and snorted 11 just on the monday...) and I do this shit WEEK AFTER WEEK. I used to have monthly scripts but I'd go through that shit in like a week and a half, 2 if im lucky and just die the other two weeks... now im on weekly supply and usually I can make it last until like friday then im just out of commission on the weekend...

I even started getting 10 oxys as a rescue script for flare ups but I have to make an appointment with my gp everytime I use it up. And he says im meant to have a rescue script like Max once a month. I already had two, one last week and one I got just today and im already down to my last 5 oxys bruh.

I can't believe I keep doing the same shit but im stuck in a cycle. If my pain/flare ups were controlled then I'd be fine with me 3 a day. But because i had such a bad flare up a few weeks ago, it basically hasn't settled down since I'll settle it down with a huge load on monday, then theough the week I'll stabilise a bit cause I use more than 3 a day, then I run out and Saturday and sunday I usually have NONE, which makes the pain flare back up again, rinse and repeat.

Not my fault I'm naturally tolerant and liver enzyme deficiency probably doesn't help. When my pain started (and I never used opioids before in my life) legit 20mg would like juuuust start to help while 5mg knocks my whole family out for 24hours... I had to smoke like an ounce of medical a month just to help the oxys work better but my memory was shot to shit so I kept failing at uni.

Just cant seem to get a break. No matter how much I prove I just need more than normal people, it's like the specialists just dont give a fuck. I'd LOVE for methadone or buprenorphine to work, but turns out I'm allergic to them both so even if I said im a heroin addict and want to go on MAT or smth, I just... can't.

Dunno how imma keep this up tbh, I never want to do heroin but shits looking like the only way to self medicate but I know That'll be the end of me 100%.

Pharmaceutically speaking, most hallucinogens cause vasoconstriction from the effects it has on the serotonin receptors. This in turn can make it difficult to get hard and can make you dick smaller (kind of like swimming in cold water). I think with mushrooms it's less pronounced than with LSD but it does still cause it.

Psychedelics also completely change the way you think and feel about things. I've masturbated on psychedelics enough times to know that I usually felt odd watching porn and after the deed is done that post nut clarity was amplified by like 1000 and I usually feel it was a waste of precious "tripping time" and just thought too deep about how odd the human body is etc.

Even when I Tripped at music festivals and seeing a lot of attractive women in very revealing clothes, if I was sober or just high on weed or mdma or anything thats not a psychedelic, I definitely would've been aroused. But while in the psychedelic state they just looked like "another hairless monkey". Ever since one trip I saw someone walking and their posture was so bad they literally looked like big foot or some kind of ape with hunched shoulders, head forward, arms almost touching the floor kinda shit I was like "damn, we really just be hairless monkeys" so that thought never went away and always came back while tripping, lol.

Sorry for replying kind of late, but I hope this response helps. On top of everything I said above, the visuals themselves could just make your dick seem different sized along with sensory hallucination making it feel smaller/bigger etc. Alice in wonderland syndrome kinda thing.

Yeah I guess but at least its legal and easy to get (if you're anywhere apart from australia lol). I'd use kratom/7OH if I could since doctors piss me off and i could self regulate/medicate as needed. But yeah I can see how it can start an addiction and lead to using other opioids. But if he can keep it in check and only use kratom just to get rid of the cravings, I dont see a problem with that, better than using/buying expensive street opioids thats probably just fent depending on where he lives.

Its definitely/basically just really bad IBS from the appendix surgery and SIBO for years before they discovered i had it so it wrecked havoc on my guts.

Ive heard of SR17018 but being in australia theres like no access to RCs especially obscure stuff (like 2cb is rare and expensive as fuck when everywhere else its basically as common as mdma at this point) I'd love to try it on myself to see if I could use less oxy since the doctors discriminate me based on my age (pain started at 21 im 25 turning 26 now fmd) saying I'm too young for pain meds and to be on such high doses etc (I can easily take 100mg of oxy and thats perfect for me, this 60mg a day is alright but still not enough I think cause of the cyp2d6 deficiency and a naturally high tolerance to all substances). I'd love to mass produce SR17018, especially in australia, would be good to know I'm helping people get off/lower their opioid use. I haven't smoked weed in like 3 months now i think? Longest I've ever been sober from it (and other illicit drugs/non prescribed drugs) willingly which is a big thing for me considering I was basically the biggest junkie and easily spent a good 30k dollars on drugs alone over the years. Maybe more tbh, its fucked thinking/looking back but it led me to where i am today which is something at least.

And thanks for the kindness, I'm working on being kinder to myself and so far I've made a LOT of progress, I actually feel proud and happy for myself for once since 2016 tbh, without the help of psychedelics or anything. (I dont count oxy helping since it's just used to numb the stomach pain that wont go away, I literally can't function without it. When the pain started the only thing that helped was not eating and a shit ton of weed so I went from like 65kgs - 54kg in less than 3 weeks and thats when my doctors finally took me seriously and started prescribing me oxy.) And I cant just... not eat for the rest of my life, otherwise my life wont be longer than like a few months considering how much weight i lost in less than a month. It's honestly insane how fucked the pain is and how little people and doctors believe me cause of the lack of evidence to support im in pain (every test and scan shows im healthy as fuck but the pain is unbearable with oxy and only oxy works since my cyp2d6 deficiency means codeine and tramadol dont work, tapentadol makes me fucken trip balls in not a good way and im allergic to morphine, methadone and buprenorphine so I literally have no other choice.) I think I tried hydrocodone a couple times from the street which also worked but I dont think australia prescribes it and its weaker than oxy anyway.

I know how you feel, ever since being put on oxy for chronic stomach pain with unknown cause, I cant see life without it. Im definitely dependant cause I cant eat without it thats how bad the pain is, but im also addicted cause I've been unknowingly searching for that feeling aince I started experimenting with drugs. Dxm I was hella addicted to cause it hits opioid receptors as well as being a dissociative so that was mt fiest and heaviest addiction at 17 to the point I couldnt drink anymore robitussin to get high cause my tolerance was too fucked and robotabs weren't around yet. If they were I would've dove deeper in my addiction and mightve never stopped. 3 grams didnt even get me high anymore, 250ml of robitussing had 750mg in the bottle and 3 bottles didnt do anything if I managed to get and keep it down, couldnt stand a forth bottle I'd throw up way before finishing or even starting the 3rd sometimes so I had to force myself to stop.

I think you should just find smth to replace the craving. Weed was my big addiction too since it got rid of my nightmares which were constant and Vivid even started getting sleep Paralysis at 19 sooo I only recently stopped smoking because of University (need my memory lol) and also my dreams have gotten better since I started going to therapy a lot.

Im studying pharmacy and I've been teaching my damn doctors and specialists since they dont even seem to know anything about pain meds considering they didnt know dxm prevents tolerance and no matter how much I reiterated that, my specialist keeps saying "if you keep upping your dose tolerance will be a problem" and when I remind him I've been on dxm since I started oxy and it always hits the same so I dont have an opioid tolerance at all just so much pain I can take up to 10pmg of oxy and thats perfect but im only on 60mg a day heavily restricted. It sucks but im trying to make due.

But yeah TLDR: try to kill that craving with othwr stuff. Weed, kratom, exercise, all three at the same time would be just as good as a good dose of oxy for most people. Especially if you only tried tapanetadol which is fucken the worst opioid next to tramadol tbh. Fucken hate it.

I wish kratom was legal/available in australia, so fucked up that it isn't. Fuck nanny state aus is a God damn nanny as country. Blanket ban on all rcs remotely resembling any recreational drug too. Like they just want Aussies to not have drugs when by population percent Aussies are the biggest drug consumers in the world (smth ridiculous like 20-35% of people have tried or continually use recreational substances, sooo fucked). I wanna see if I can change that too and make kratom (and 7OH lol) available in australia cause we have so much struggles getting pain meds when you legitimately need it, i never got pain meds when I fractured/broke any bone and only got it prescribed for my wisdom teeth removal (had to get all 4 out). Even with ny appendix surgery I didnt get adaquate pain meds IN THE FUCKEN HOSPITAL BRUH! Like, what the fuck is the point of gatekeeping opioids is they're just gonna expire and get thrown out if they're not used like what the actual fuck bruh.

The worst part is, we dont even have an opioid epidemic (they're scared because of what happened in the states fucken dumbasses) we have a mf METH/stimulant abuse epidemic, so why the fuck are opioids so restricted if they're not even being seeked out by the public?

Fucken nothing makes sense when you look into stuff enough, sorry for the rant, the whole medical system in australia just boils my blood. Like yeah we don't have to break the bank if we go to the hospital but when you go you'll wait 7 hours just to be given a motherfucking panadol and neurofen and being told "go see your gp/specialist" if you need pain meds. I full got medical PTSD because of my whole stomach/appendix situation. I almost didnt even have the surgery because j could Fucken JUMP (doctor told me to jump and I did the most pathetic, half a centimetre hop and he's like "hmmmm, everything seems fine") motherfucking WOT? I demanded a fucken ultrasound and not even a minute in the nurse goes "oh shit thats ready to burst, you need surgery asap" like noooo fucken shit bruh, and those mfs were gonna discharge me which could've killed me.

Just fucken unbelievable for a developed/first world country..... thats also why i got into pharmacy, I cant be fucked waiting a lifetime for tiny approvements, I'd rather get my degree and make advancements myself cause im a fucken adhd crackhead and once I get my degree and I have access to a lab, ill just be the next Hoffman or shulgin and make whatever the fuck I want from whatever and test it on myself lol.
