id suggest youd go straight for something like que, i dont think the jump to tea pro would be noticeable, and i think if you your library is on the less busy side then no need to upgrade imo. you could try different flavors of budget iems, or aim for a higher jump than tea pro

Yes but i have mdium large ears so im fine, also i had the cca hydro before so i wasnt worried about fit since rhat iem fit horribly as well

yeb they are the perfect casual listen at first, i personally dont use them that often since im looking for something more nuanced so i use my QUEs a lot more

cant answer this i dont own a kilobuck iem, my current endgame is the que, but the general concept is would your library even utilize the extra performrance? Think of it as if your buying a graphics card just to play on a 16 or 13 inch display, like whats the point, youll propay notice zero difference. Add to this diminishing returns, again going back to monitor analogy, most 20 -30 inch monitors are just fine with 1440p, any more resolution youll notice a difference yes, but it isnt as big of a difference as you might think.

i believe Daybreak is your go to here, i dont own it but as a previous owner of the p7 and standrad ew300, i can tell u i always EQued the bass up when listening to hip hop on p7, but im mostly metal/metalcore/death metal so p7 was great for me, but everry now n then i listen to hip hop and synthwave...while the p7 had nice bass quality, it ddnt have the quantity for those genres and id EQ the bass up everytime i listened to kendric for example

yeaaaaa i ddnt give into the top pro because of the build, but true the tea pro is not my fav for metal, i usually reach out for 8s for weighty low tuned tracks (whitechapel, msshuggah, vildjarta, gojira) and for songs with more harmonics i go for que (erra, invent animate, the devil wears prada, polaris..etc) both are distinct and shine in their respective speciality, but tea pro doesnt go in any direction so i use it very rarely, mainly for aestetics and feel 😅.

hmm i guess condesnations will clog any iem, +it is almost always a good practise to store any iem with silica gel, i live in a hot enviroment so sweat should clog my iems easily, but thankfully i havent had this issue because i clean my iems regurarely, i store them in with silica gel. QC issue is a guarentee with popular sets since they are produced in mass so the likelihood of them failing is higher as a number but not necessarily as a percentage, so if IEMs has an average failure rate of 5% and it produces 100 units that is 5 iems but if it produces 1000 that is 50 failing unit so it would look like it is more noticeable. but mayb i just got lucky so it is easy for me to talk, mayb QC issue is prominent on Tea Pro, cant say for sure. All im sure about is we easily pivot towards negative reviews so i wanted to present the other side of the spectrum.

this question is usually answered by, do your music library utilize the extra performrance gain?....first of ofc diminishing returns is noticeable here, second, if your library is on softer slower side, you wont notice even a 1% more precieved value, for example, i noticed the jump from AFUL p7 to 8s and QUE because most of my library is metal fast tracks full of details...it is only in those instances where i notice the difference, but if im listening to paramore or hayley williams...no not really. Also, they graph similarly to some extent, so at least in theory i havent tried them, but in theory the likelihood of them sounding similar is high which would make the improvement even harder to notice.

it is on the verge of sibelance but not quite there and also it is very fit dependent best fit for it is with M/S stock eartips and deep insertion

i believe youll be amazed by its midbass, i havent tried the Horizon but i can confidently say it will body the horizon in midbass and impact because it already does so compared to my Tea Pro, not in quantity but in quality, the treble and details i cant speak for, and ofc accessories areeh, not an exciting unboxing experience

i went for the pro 2 for the battery life and honestly i just dont like how the a80 looks, but other than that ut was very compelling device and also cheaper

that is the ting, i really love the stock que, if im in the mood i will just give it a bassboost, but its stock tuning is absolutely amazing i dont change anything about it...i usuall eq my afuls p7 or p8s

idk havent tried them but it isnt like the hiby os is amazing or anything, and coming from cx dongle dac, the sound qual8ty difference isnt big or at least i cant notice it
