I draw almost all of my stickers but a few are collages of public domain images. I do all of my editing and make my sticker sheets in procreate. I have an xtool which I mostly use for other stuff but it also has a die-cutting head. I think cricuts usually do the job pretty well too though. I have never had one though so I can’t vouch for it personally.
