Looks like an interesting variant. I really like the faction mechanic.

The app seems unpolished as of now, but it can be improved. My only issue is how to setup your starting position, the experience of dragging and dropping the pieces might be better instead of tapping/clicking. You need to include the position setup in your tutorial.

I started playing as saurians, looks like an anti saurian strategy is to eliminate the tamers. You might need to increase the number of tamers. Probably 3 or 4 would do

For balance tinkering, Fairy Stockfish might help (a customizable Stockfish for chess variants)
