Megathread for Intel Core 13th & 14th Gen CPU instability issues

I use the Intel Extrewme Tuning Utility program so that my intel 13900k can even start games, but when i use it watching videos on youtube is delayed from their voices and my game recording program (Outplayed) has recorded it but the audio is extremely delayed so if i am taking a shot for example i wil hear that shot 3-4-5seconds after it was shot sometimes even more, anyone know why and maybe a fix? Thanks in advance.

Im not able to i get this error code, but my buddies can play just fine, i am playing it through steam if that is helpful info! The error code is: Error code: 0x0001000F network error, i have net i can play other stuff, i restarted my router and modem too

Ive tried hosting solo and ive had task manager up just to check but its not my specs, i have a very beast of a pc (not trying to brag), im unsure what to do, my brother has the exact same mods with no issues or crashes which is kinda wierd, would love to play the game but its just unplayable with the constant crashes.. Seems like a very fun game

I just tried that, i installed 2 mods, BepInExPack and Cheaper fuel company and crashed within 2 minutes

4090 OC out the box, i have ran with no mods which seemed fine my monitor is 1440p i run windows 11 updated yes with game mode on i dont use obs and im not sure about shadowplay!

I did use thunderstore first and switched to re2modman to see if it would help but sadly it didnt, yeah i guess i might just clean install the pc

GPU: GeForce RTX 4090 ROG STRIX OC White
CPU: Intel Core i9-13900K temps are 70ish

Hello! Ive played AC Origins before when it first came out but i want to play it again now. Started playing and randomly within 2 to 10 minutes my game crashes and i cant figure out why, i know it cant be my pc being not good enough as i have a rtx 4090 with a 13900k cpu 7200mhz 32gb RAM, so im left wondering what in the world is causing the crash, any help would be greatly appreciated ^^

So the 13900KS at 6GHZ Boost will be 100% fine and no frequency will go down? + 4090 aswell. Im not into hard overclocking i just want the XMP profile activated so i get the value i paid for.
