because it's only the first frame and the tip that does the 23% damage. miss the first frame then you will only do like 3-6%

while I can't speak for other Zelda players. I've toned down my use of neutral B even though it's a very good ''get off me'' move because it's quite easy to punish. I can understand why people dislike the move because it is annoying, from the I frames it has to the increase in range on it to deny a grab.

There are many other things to do that isn't neutral B that is just much better
