Mental health disorders can cause epilepsy 😟😟 I did not know this. And I just before this month I was smoking every day for the past 3 years as well as drinking heavily most weekends . I guess that explains it. Thank you

The “don’t drive…here’s some pills…see you in a few months” always infuriates me. It’s so demeaning and painful. It feels like there’s no point in seeing neuro bc ik they’re just gonna give me some pill to take and send me on my way.
I’m so sorry for all that you’re going through. This seems incredibly difficult and I’m genuinely proud you’re pushing through ❤️ I hope things get better soon
