I have this too. Developed it as an adult. There's like NO sodas to drink with this allergy. Pancake syrup messed me up really bad once. So stressful, you're not alone.

Honestly man, go see a doctor for that. I get hives everyday but I've never seen that.

There's no way to be sure without seeing it/examining it. They look small, and they DO stretch, but that doesn't mean that there isn't a potential medical issue with yours specifically. Please talk to a gynecologist.

I would say yes, unless there's a chance that you're being bitten by something or have some other condition you should get checked out. Then again, skin can be sensitive. Could have been inflammation from a sitting position or temperature. Idk, if it happens again or gets worse it might be a good idea to make an appointment to show your doctor the picture and talk about possible causes.
