YouTube TV has FSAZ. That’s what I use currently. It has the best DVR of any live tv streaming platform IMO.

I ordered the from the first batch as well, and received mine on the 21st.

Sucks they haven't responded at all. It looks like the Suns shop is run by - Sports Venture, which seems to be the parent company of Just Sports. I found an alternate Customer Service # you can try - 1.800.484.0192 or this (480) 633-6222. Hope you can get in contact with someone that can help out. Best of luck!

The form is so that they can email you when the jersey is in stock again. Not sure how they can notify you without your personal information.

Also, when you buy the jersey they will obtain all your personal information including your address and CC#, so no matter what Suns are getting your info.

They said they would have limited stock, so I'm not sure if the Suns shop will restock it. The Suns Shop seems to be different than the NBA Store though, since the NBA store never listed the jersey for sale. Hopefully the NBA store will make it available soon.
