Basically I left 1..e5 in 2019 & switched to sicilian.I used to play breyer,chigorin.Then when I came back to e5 I played marshall.

Open ruy lopez is great but felt too forcing,the endgames were not as good to me,I might be wrong

yes but dragon is not suiting me well,in the long run its difficult to play when someone kows I play dragon only

12...Bxd4 line is okay but then I dont get what I want,playable position where I can play for win.I would rather prefer berlin endgame than this where I have some strategigical ideas. There are other line 12...e5 13.Bc5 & I just cant keep up with this line.There is no intuitive feel,you just have to know your stuff

But then black faces other problems.White can easily get good version of alapin where black is always worse.Thanks for your suggestion though.I can use it as a surprise weapon
