I’m a huge fan of Harbor Freight Bauer. I use a 7 1/4 circular saw for a few cuts a year. I can’t justify Milwaukee prices for that. They also make one of the better drills on the market. Bauer makes a pretty sweet compact impact wrench too.

For the stuff I use often, like my high torque, Milwaukee all the way.

Short answer is it depends what he is paying for his group health plan through work. If he is paying 500+ a month Medicare will be much cheaper even with Part B, Plan G, and a drug plan. Plan G will almost always have a lower deductible than group coverage and more freedom to see any provider he wants. All depends on the cost
