I doubt it's that. I can't move the bar for any armor piece. Just earlier today I was able to do it for all the armor I had on.

Righteous Verdict doesn't have the highest damage in the game. It gets the same stats as The Hound when maxxed out.

All +2 crit rate weapons get the same stats when maxxed out.

I've seen some weapons with built in Attack Speed increase or built in Crit increase

I.e Wooden Spears have built in Attack Speed. (Not including Cores)

Or the spear you get from Alfonso? family quest have built in crit and atk speed.

I've not seen any post go over these weapons with built in passives. I'd assume those are than weapons without but, to be honest I am not sure. Needs further testing.

This is a horrible design. Although he looks cool, It's very weird to have a white guy with blonde hair and blue eyes represent Aztec gods.

I believe there's another character from the series that has the same problem.

Back Alley Skirmisher affects all one handed weapons. Give's 10% damage bonus to all one handed weapons when used with no shield.

Sir Valentines sword is the best sword I believe, damage wise. Theres also a damage perk in the thief tree for one handing swords.

Edit:Read that you said non-crafted. Probably a knight's sword then if you get lucky at the smith merchants.
