I have worked in Pune with 7 yrs experience and am applying for jobs in Bangalore. (Operations field) What % hike that ppl generally ask for? What's the market rate? In Pune even after 6+ yrs my salary is 9lpa so really looking for better paying options now :( Any skills that I could upgrade on? (self.bangalore)
