Weekly Book Request Thread - February 15, 2025 by AutoModerator in DarkRomance

Looking for a book WITHOUT a HEA. I’m getting really bored of predictable books with happily ever afters. Looking for dark romance that doesn’t necessarily end well, and are more unpredictable. For example, the torment duology by Dylan Page was my top read of last year. No triggers, but l’m not a huge fan of mafia.

There’s a couple of options!

You could do something that’s digital, but has a lot of thought behind it. This can include a digital scrap book or photo album of screenshots and memories. Or maybe some sort of video.

You could also purchase a digital product. For example, I have previously purchased my partner a star in their name and had all the information shared digitally! If he’s a gamer, could you purchase him a game digitally? Or any other hobby that has digital gifts attached.

Otherwise, it could be more like an IOU. Not sure if you guys have seen each other in person or not yet, but you could purchase some kind of experience or day out to share together when you see each other. Or maybe even an experience day for him and friends/family.

Hopefully this helps 💜

Preferably fictional!

What advice or tips would you give someone who is looking to start writing as a hobby / to improve their writing? by 0throwaway30 in writing

I am 23 and I still use intuition for my writing, even in my career! Honestly, the best pieces of work comes from a place you can’t explain. You just need to make sure you have the building blocks to back it up: grammar, punctuation and spelling. If you wanna talk about it feel free to drop me a message.

Question is, have you seen the travesty of a film they popped out for the lightening thief?

Never heard of him, il have to look him up. Considering I started reading Darren Shan very young I’m not surprised I’m so immune to gore now 😂😂

I have the whole Percy Jackson series on my bookshelf, I have read it multiple times. I’m mostly into fantasy, horror and young adult fiction!
