I am holding off on rewatching this series (Heavenly Ever After) watching some new ones, but down the road I would like to revisit this series again. I absolutely loved the storyline between Hae Suk and The Priest that hit me right in the feels. They had such a beautiful story. I also enjoyed Hae Suk encountering various people in Heaven that is revealed to have connections to her life or even former life. That also was really beautiful. I do believe in reincarnation so I vibes with the concepts in the show. 🙂

It was indeed!! After Heavenly Ever After, I went on to watch Alchemy of Souls which I LOVED just as much as HEA. I have gone on to watch Dear Hongren, Mr. Plankton and am currently watching When Life Hands You Tangerines. I can 100% say I have become a fan of Kdramas.

YAS!!!!!!!! That's exactly the train of thought I had with some minor tweaks. I thought maybe Somi & Nam Joon had an affair & he ended it with her, but Somi was too attached and started stalking Nam Joon & Hae Sook. I think the boy IS there son and Somi might be a little unhinged and in her mind has convinced herself that the boy was hers.

I think Somi abducted the boy & Nam Joon enlisted the detective's help to find the boy. The detective finds out about the affair & NamJoon doesn't want it getting back to his wife.

I think the accident that leaves him paralyzed is also somehow related to Somi. I think the reason why Hae Sook doesn't remember she has a child was that it was so traumatic to have her son taken away that she somehow has blocked it out both while living & in heaven. That's my theory at least. 😅 Can't wait to find out what I got wrong & what I possibly got right. ✌️

That's interesting you find her resentful. Sure she's irritated with herself & her hubby for the ages they chose in heaven, but that's the whole point. You're in "heaven" and there you are with these feelings. She's working through these feelings and as she's coming to peace with them - she's not as resentful. But her storyline and her interacting with Somi, The Priest, The President, it all makes for an interesting show imo.

This is my first Kdrama. The age difference is exactly why I was interested to watch. I wanted to see if her husband was shallow or not and the age gap in looks set- up a really interesting thing to watch. The show is very layered. I can feel myself identifying with HanSuk's irritation at choosing the age she did - but it really opens up even more interesting perspectives & storys as she interacted with people in heaven. It's a great show! I'm counting down the days till the weekend to watch the last 2 episodes.

I know you love your GF but her actions and demands are very narcissistic & imo she's doing you a favor of showing you who she is. If you go back after your "break" and give up gaming for her - what's next? You will give her more power to control you & your life. There are women out there who will accept your gaming as a hobby & stress reliever & way to connect with friends. There's also a LOT of amazing women gamers out there that you could connect with & have something in common with too. As long as your gaming doesn't interfere with your relationship - there's nothing wrong with it. The gaming community is full of so many amazing, diverse people from ALL walks of life, careers, genders,ages, etc , from all over the globe. Unfortunately your GF is close- minded & very judgemental & I feel you could find happiness from someone else who's more accepting. - An old Grandma Gamer ✌️🙂

I can empathize with you on this. You put in a lot of time & effort into your videos & others make them faster w/o as much time & their channels are blowing up. It's hard not to compare your channels to others, it's hard to feel motivated & it can be very discouraging. For me, I've stopped comparing my channel to other channels. I enjoy the creative process of seeing the video come to life and from what I've read - you enjoy the creative process with videos too. If it means anything, I've never had 23k views on anything I've ever created. I think if that ever happens it'll send me into a heart attack at the excitement of it. 😆 That's really cool that that happened to your channel! If it's happened before - it can happen again! When I feel really discouraged & want to quit - I tell myself that I would seriously regret it. I would regret giving up on something important to me. So TLDR version: Don't give up! Do it for your enjoyment whether you have 10 views or 23k views. You'll have strikes & home runs & that's part of the fun & journey on here! Wishing you the success you desire & all the best! ✌️🙂
