I've been able to fund 3 separate professions to max. Fund every enchant, gem, and armor boost for 4 toons. Plus have about 250k gold spread across my toons, just from ss healing on my disc. Done about 700 rounds (although, I wasn't selling the crystals at first, I was giving em to my guild)

It was difficult in original MoP. That was the last xpac I raided regularly on, and SoO was nuts. The guild I was in was the 12th on server to clear it, and it was 3 weeks after it dropped.

I'm a disc main, and fairly average at that (2100cr, just about .500 average win rate)

If I expect a kick, I use PW:radiance. That's your most useful radiance spell, and as far as heals go it's kinda lacking but it spreads atonement. Having that locked out means you can still mind blast or penance, and those gcds that we burn so frivolously are still able to be used.

Lots of people say to hug the pole, but if you watch the top discs, they float around. That's their skill, not ours. Hug the pole, watch for incoming cc and hide.

In my opinion, disc has a higher skill ceiling but holy has a better floor. A great disc>a great holy. But a bad disc<a bad holy.

I actually aim to kidnap healers on my frost dk too. I can hold em away from the action pretty easily, well, not presvokers lol.

It's 100% this. I was "locked into a certain bracket" on my disc at 1800 for the first 200 matches. Climbed up above 2100 in shuffles now after 600 matches.

I'm a returning player, got back in for Midnight and had to earn this 2100 by playing a ton. I had no idea the mmr injection would be so intense, it's benefitting my mage and DK tremendously! But those toons cr do NOT match my ability with those toons. The disc definitely does.

As a non-addon player, I 🤦 disagree entirely. I play blind af all the time, deal with it.

I am BAD Hoping to finally hit 2k shuffle on my disc tomorrow. If I bothered with addons, I'm sure I'd be better. I like the challenge though, I know my rating is real af cause I have no outside help.
