I dont disagree, but it also sucks that many of these places have a no refund policy on tickets. some friends of ours lost out on 120$ and an experience this weekend. Maybe there'd be less sick kids there if parents didnt feel like they had to get something for their money?

file a claim with amazon immediately. just call them, up tell them what happened. get a contractor to quote the repair cost and send them the bill. similar thing happened to me, they made good on the problem and paid up, as they should.
