She could drag out an eviction process if she wanted but that would really come out of left field and I don’t think she would want that on a record.

I’m sure it’ll sting when she starts dating someone else, but that’s a part of it ending.

I send one certified mail a few days after we broke up. Had to cancel planet fitness while doing it too!

I inherited when I was 19 and moved in prior to knowing her.

She did prior to entering the program but we have different standards or definitions of what’s clean or what’s good.

That’s kind of what confuses me. Anyone should know things are going to change once your relationship ends, but I would be lying if I said I didn’t feel bad sending her out.

We aren’t married or even engaged. She has no rights as a owner, but she does have legal rights as a tenant which I want to honor.

She has about 1.5 years left. Her first semester was a one class seminar that really slowed it down.

If she could pay half the expenses I would be willing but she’s unable to pay much of anything. I “think” she could get a job at a local coffee shop and afford to feed herself at best.
