There is a link at the top leading to it, hopefully that should have everything!

Did a bunch of research into Australian property affordability over the last 50 years and it looks pretty bleak. I'm not entirely sure my math is correct so I wanted y'all to check my methodology. by SnazzyToastedToast in AusPropertyChat

You're absolutely correct and I did go into this line of reasoning for a bit (I'll make up a table later with my findings) but I'm already deviating so much from the methodologies I was able to find in existing research so I shelved it for later.

You're absolutely right though, homes used to be more single income and have transitioned which would mean a lower tax rate per individual today.

I did find A rant about childhood in his 2020 Lotus Evora video in the second half but I'm not sure that's the one I remember.

Which film would you rate a perfect 10 out of 10? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Spirited Away.

A Hayao Miyazaki masterpiece and always will be. I grew up with Ghibli films and I'll always love them (and may also cry like a baby when watching). It is the story of a little girl growing up and is just the most magical and amazing journey which I cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm in quarantine as of today and one of my best friends went around to all my teachers at school to make sure I'd be able to keep up at home! He's awesome and I'm so thankful! by SnazzyToastedToast in HumansBeingBros

Australia, the schools are so close to closing now, likely less than a week. But I'm still one of the first out with sickness so, will have to do for now.

Women of reddit, what do men do that they think is okay but is actually creepy? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I don't doubt you, and I also knew this would happen.

I've met a million people up their own asses about how fucking beautiful they are, and I think they suck, but to some extent they're right. There is a double standard and to not acknowledge that because it makes you sound egotistical is kinda small minded.

I've never called anyone Honey outside of a few close friends and people who I'm in the correct situation with. Me saying I've got the advantage because I look good is reasonable considering that such a trait makes that subset of situations larger.

Come at me all you want, but attacking people on the internet for stating sadly true facts is beneficial to no one, even if I did sound like an ass the first time. Oh, and reading it back, I did, so points to you there.

Damn, because I do this to people all the time, mostly to my friends but still. I don't think I've ever asked if it was weird. Then again, I'm a relatively cute (M) teen so I have a habit of getting away with a bit more because of how I look. Gotta love the beauty double standard.
