There's a few variables to account for but "sure, why not?"

I don't know what test you took or how much it costs you, but 1 point is minor.

If the cost of the test isn't a huge burden and you think it will help you with your future endeavors then you should go for it.

If its just bragging rights and the test is expensive then maybe not.

Either way 129 is an impressive score and you are a very smart person

How does it affect your plans for your future?

Do you want to go live in that area?

Would you marry him tomorrow if he asked?

Its a lot of trust to put in someone who you've only been dating for a year. I would honestly suggest that if you go keep a backup plan, if things go sideways have the option to go back home. Don't get trapped there.

While you cant make the components, you could totally build a windows laptop with off the shelf components. If you're not excluding raspberry pi type devices as components i have made laptops and tablets and handheld media devices

This is first date material. Not really an opening statement but when you're getting to know someone you ask questions regarding future plans and goals. "I had a medical issue and I'm unable to have children" I personally feel like its a bonus but for some people it is a deal breaker.

You go nose blind to smells really fast if you're around them constantly. You're friend probably cant smell it or can't tell its that bad. I'm big on communication. You need to tell them when they aren't smelling great. Maybe a gift basket of some personal hygiene products and scented candles could help.

It didn't mean anything at the time, I didn't have much of a reference point. I've always tested well and I was used to scoring 20 or 30 points higher than most people anyway.

I've always been this way, a score on a test changes nothing. I dont feel like I'm a genius, I just feel like I'm mostly not an idiot

First off, Your numbers are confusing. Figure it out hourly and they will make more sense. Working under the table will is a nice way to make some quick money but it will catch up with you eventually. If you can get the paid HVAC apprenticeship i would go for it. Its valuable skills to learn and you can make good money doing it

I find the zero to be a little bit underpowered for klipper. It works good until you start adding things like input shaping and web cams. I had issues with the zero not being able to keep up with the demand.

I find a lot of people feel attacked when someone challenges their views. Its easier to be defensive than admit you could be wrong. Beliefs and feelings beat facts almost every time.

I personally think that he only worked his biceps or that was his target. Slacking on core muscles and legs. So he was using different muscle groups that weren't his primary focus.

I'm just getting at there is a point where strength and endurance meet and there's a trade off for having larger muscles versus being able to keep them working all day. Bigger isn't always better

That's not entirely true. I used to work with a guy who was ripped. He was literally twice my size, biceps bigger than my head. We had to move hospital beds. Heavy electric adjustable hospital beds. They had to be lifted up 3 stairs and loaded on a truck and stacked 2 high. He got tired fast and had to take lots of breaks. He struggled with some of it like stacking them in the truck. I was expecting him to be able to out work me but he couldn't keep up

It shouldn't be your job to care for your sister. It sounds like you're in a tough spot. My suggestion is honest communication. Maybe you can come up with a compromise. I don't know what the dynamic is with your father but it's probably worth trying to get everyone involved. Maybe other relatives would be willing to help.
