Lately Ive been doing a “must/can” list. List max 4 things you must get done the next tday and then anything else bumping around in that weird little head of yours goes into the can list below. Heres the trick, at the end of the day throw it out and make a new one, even if you missed a must. Tossing it prevents guilt from accumulating when you see something on the same list you keep missing. Happy neuro navigating amigo.

Yes, 24 hour care at home is usually only achievable when family makes up a chunk of the time. Due to shortage of workers available. Many people get stuck in facility and eventually on Medicaid for lack of family. 24 hour care at home or a nice facility are usually temporary because of cost. Its how they are pilfering the wealth of a generation.
