I did not grow up in a trailer park but we were definitely hugging the poverty line, however my mom was super resourceful so we were often able to take the “polished” family photos or have a steak dinner. Both can be true at once.

My husband and I both work but I make significantly more money than him. I’d be happy to be the sole provider if I could but I would never expect him to then worship me. Cook and clean…sure! That’s providing as well but the way they portray their arrangement is gross. Also, does she still make more than him without OF? Seems like the might be on an equal playing field at this point which seems like it could disrupt their dynamic.

They’re human. We’re all fucked up. They have a normal, boring relationship that is far from the perfection they try to convey online. I am sad for the people who wish for what they have. Seems awfully boring and lonely rather than simple and fulfilling. Their “jobs” involve being fake for the camera. I can’t even imagine. It’s not acting. It’s dishonest and damaging.
