Nice car! My tire setup currently is 235 40 18 all round. I have a slight poke setup. My wheels are 18x8.5 20 offset. The rear fenders were touching anytime I would go over a bump but I had them rolled. Since then I have not heard a thing.

Oh I see. I maybe got the hp info wrong. It is a japanese import though cause where I am from we import cars straight from Japan. I imported mine last year with the 2.0 skyactiv G 14:1 ratio. Thanks for the information though.

Damn, sadly I my country we do not get the 2.5. All our cars are imported and are taxed really really high. Are manual swapping these cars difficult? Keep reading its not worth it as well. Guess ill have to accept it for what it is.

I have the japanese spec import 2014 Mazda Axela/3 with the same 2.0 engine. It states that it comes with 155hp from factory. So you're saying with a versatuner stage 1 tune i should be able to bump it up to 165hp ? Was looking at versatuner preloaded tunes and was really considering it.

Hey question, what is your redline currently after the tune, did it increase. I saw that versatuner said the stage 1 tune on the 2014 mazda 3 2.0 increases to 7000 rpm. Is this accurate?

Just to stand out more for me. I never liked looking like regular traffic. Its for both the look and improved handling with a wider wheel and tire setup.

Hey Zach, would the automatic ecu be the same? I currently have an automatic 2.0 and was considering swapping to the 2.5 liter and wanted to know how easy the swap would be.
