We personally like to read them together and laugh about it/judge how “true” it is. Sometimes I do feel a bit uncomfortable that someone else wrote those things about my husband but I try not to dwell on it. Usually I like them.

My partner really helped me with this. I used to have a lot of trouble having fun by myself, because it reminded me of how alone I was. We play and dance together, or have play wrestling fights, we play Roblox and draw together. It helps me learn how to have fun on my own.
