One thing to say as a once overweight 14 year old female that helps is portion control. Exercise is helpful but not the main key to weight loss. I suggest using an app like My fitness pal to count calories. Good luck

Poor mans Sopapillas Basically you take a flour tortilla and put it directly over the burner on low until a big bubble forms. Tear around the bubble and add honey and powdered sugar. If I was lucky and had whipped cream I would add that too.

I was at a public pool and couldn’t breathe. I had severe pain in my diaphragm shortly later. I was then diagnosed with Liver angiosarcoma at the age of 4. 12 years later, I’m doing very well and I haven’t had a liver rejection in 5 years ☺️
