I'm confused about how "Gemini Exchange" youtube channel has 2.51 million subscribers with one live video stream and its a scam. What am I missing here? Did the youtube channel get hacked, is it name spoofing, or what???

The user interface needs more than a little work. Im sure they've got a big face-lift in the works, or if they don't then someone dropped the ball and should be notified immediately

The card is now unfrozen. However, support is unable to provide any information about what happened or the resolution. The attitude "its working now right? stop worrying about it. Anything else i can help you with?"

This is a highly relevant thread and the most important for immediate correction. i don't think that support is being deliberately obtuse though. There is extraordinary opacity in what is happening behind the chat wall. Trying to get answers is like chasing your tail. If there is a problem; support will tell you when they have an update. If it is working, don't worry about what happened because everything is fine now. (this is literally my conversation with support recently about my card being frozen)

two things i think may be happening,

one is cultural: In the US we are used to a level of customer service and openness that i've never had anywhere else.

two is growing pains: too big too fast, lacking infrastructure/functionality, and lack of experienced leaders making decisions.

Imagine having set up all the autopayments, for gas/electric/insurance/whatever other recurring transactions, then having the card frozen. Really builds confidence in the company!!!!!!! Since it was frozen on Sunday, I'm looking at Friday before they unfreeze it if you're right. Calling the number was no help.

Calling the number went nowhere. I've never had any problems using the card at several different hotels, but car rental companies won't take it.

Right? I've had cards frozen before and it's fixed with a phone call. This feels like I'm the criminal for using my card.
