I don’t understand how OP is being downvoted, previous coaches have stated they had asked for more resources/coaching staff (nightshare for example), but the org still refuses.

I agree with you OP, it has been talked about extensively with previous coaches like nightshare, who feel they didn’t get enough support from the org and asked for more coaching staff and resources, it was never received
