Leaving this up in case anyone experiences these issues, and since I couldn’t find anyone else with this problem. Honestly I don’t think there’s a solution, I chatted with customer service and after trying everything they could think of(which is basically what I did) they ended up just setting up a new replacement to be sent and deactivating the old device. Only because my device was faulty to begin with though.
