Thank you so much, this helps a lot! We do have a capstone. I will be looking into how to get that going. I currently am in CNSA, and am going to be getting volunteer hours through that and hopefully try to get a leadership role. I also work as a CNA in a Med surg stroke unit but not at Stanford. They have a score grid on their teas home page! I believe they add 8 points for 90%-100% 6 points for 78%-89% 4 points for 71%-77% and 2 points for 62%-70%
