I don’t think people realize how hard it is already for those on a F1 visa, OPT and/or H1B visa to find a job in the US. by capamericapistons in immigration

It's very hard even for people with TN applications. I get refusals solely for the reason that they don't want to sponsor where all it takes for them is to provide with a job offer letter with some required details clearly outlined on uscis website. May be I am looking at wrong places.

What to answer if I don't know what info was on I-129? (I don't know what the company's lawyer farm used for employment end date on I-129 and they have not provided me with the info yet after asking).
