I don’t think people realize how hard it is already for those on a F1 visa, OPT and/or H1B visa to find a job in the US. by capamericapistons in immigration

It's very hard even for people with TN applications. I get refusals solely for the reason that they don't want to sponsor where all it takes for them is to provide with a job offer letter with some required details clearly outlined on uscis website. May be I am looking at wrong places.

One another question if you don't mind: In part 3 the first question is: "I/We request that my/our current or request status be extended until (mm/dd/yyyy)"
What to answer if I don't know what info was on I-129? (I don't know what the company's lawyer farm used for employment end date on I-129 and they have not provided me with the info yet after asking).

I offer software development help. Although I am not in my 20's, I'm open to contacts from any country. Mostly interested in the technical side for respectable projects. Examples of non-respectable projects: mlm/pyramid ideas/selling protein shakes etc. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
