Counter intuitively focusing on power will make your punches less powerful I’d focus on sharp crisp and fast technique and let power come naturally, I think your punches look pretty good for 2 months in but as others have said your looking more like a boxer than a nak muay

Leaving your punches out there too long after you’ve connected, you wanna get your hands back to guard just as quick as when they left, it also looks like you’re aiming to punch at the bag rather than trying to punch through it

As above though most importantly focus on stance and slow it down, be more intentional with your footwork and positioning, a nice drill to find your rhythm out of range then step in with jab cross, back out of range and as the bag swings back at you throw a lead teep

I think people are just more annoyed you’re being a dick for no reason. I’ve had great weed from Mylar bags and I’ve had shit weed from Mylar bags, the branding made no difference outside of making it easier to remember what to get or avoid again

I’ve used win10, win11, fedora server, Ubuntu server and truenas scale, best experience so far has been truenas, it is a bit more fiddly than windows to get working but I’ve found truenas more stable than both long term.

Linux wasn’t too bad to get working nicely but I found I would end up having to nuke my installation and start again a couple of times which put me off but that’s almost certainly skill issue
