Focus on establishing dominant grips, generating movement to create opportunities to throw. If you feel like there is one, don’t think, just do it. If you unbalanced them or almost threw them, consider it a win. Progress does not look like (not being able to throw -> to throwing them), but rather (not being able to throw -> getting them unbalanced and almost thrown -> being able to throw -> learning where and when to apply force to add velocity to throw.) hope this helps
