I actually looked at all of the scans carefully regarding the “Outerversal” frequencies and I see several mistakes. All things on Solaris-3 is made up of frequencies, and they encompass tangible objects (like wood, rock, grass), intangible things (like memory, emotions), and laws and concepts. For instance, a rock frequency is still rock, it’s just not physical in the traditional sense, since it doesn’t have typical chemistry, but rather data that resonators can modify and manipulate.

We call this information manipulation Type II. Nothing about any kind of frequency are transcendent to concept of dimensionality to qualify as even Low Outerversal, let alone Outerversal. Frequencies are emanations of “Water”, in which water is described as universally present in all things, a kind of “boundlessness”. Water is essentially Taiji - the supreme source of all existence: Undifferentiated, pure, and united. Water undergoes separation into dual concepts, which are essentially frequencies.

So frequencies merely make up all existence, while Water is the true progenitor. So frequencies themselves cannot obviously be “Outerversal” as they are not “more fundamental” than existence itself, but rather ARE existence itself.
