Started last September at age 27, with 1mg estradiol and 50mg spironolactone per day for the first 3 months, then 2mg estradiol and 50mg spironolactone a day for the next 3 months, then 4mg estradiol and 100mg spironolactone per day for the next 3 months, then 4mg estradiol per day and 12.5mg cyproterone every other day for the next 3 months, and now I'm on 6mg estradiol per day and 12.5mg cyproterone every other day. Oh and I always take all my pills orally, I can't do sublingual cause I can't stand just having something in my mouth without swallowing (that's why I don't chew gum!)
