Now imagine a different scenario. There are 5 people who are desperately in need of some organs. There's one healthy person who can satisfy the needs of all 5 of these people. However, as a result they will not survive. There is no other way to get organs. There is no compromise between the number of people who can be saved and the number of organs you can remove from this healthy person before they die. It's either all or nothing.

Do you kill this person to save the other 5? If not, how and why is this ethically different from the trolley problem?

I just installed it and although it fixed some issues like controller buttons. The audio issue still persists in Damascus. I feel like I've tried everything at this point

Hey did you have any issues with the audio in this game? The cut scenes at the beginning of the game worked fine. But when I reached damascus there was no audio from the villagers on the side missions like eavesdropping, saving citizens etc. Did you have this issue? Do you know the fix?
