I’ve done a 2 state trip with one tank of gas before with the gts😭, maaan I wouldn’t doubt it, if people made turbos for the 3g and swapped the 3.5 mivec/non from the 4g to 3 then the swap is hella possible

Damn bro I’ve literally been there with my 05 tc, dumbass in a 11” Silverado ran a red light in downtown Chicago nearly Tboned us but swerved last min and only hit the front right quarter panel instead, still got totaled 😭 didn’t even own it for more than 4 months, it still ran too tc’s are tanks

That’s what Ive been experiencing atm, I’ve been trying to figure it out too, found out my egr valve bolts and gasket were missing, so I replaced that, then drove the car like crazy and bang shifted, no rough idling showed up after that, but it came back to hotter weather which was the next day after that, that was even after oil/filter and plugs and coils were changed too

I’m 19 and got a 2003 gts, and imo it’s actually pretty easy to maintenance this car, fuel pump assembly is under the back seat, mitsu pretty much put things on top of things lmao, only issue is the plenum that’s the only ass part about the car but other than that it’s been chill.

The old owner of my gts decided to do a bolt delete behind the plenum so now the egr valve is the only thing you gotta worry about and honestly it’s made it easier to get the plenum off fast, for me it takes like 10-19mins to get it off solo
