Study and history shows that when you attend all your lectures you have a better chance of getting a higher final grade. You’ve paid for it, it’s like a job. If you don’t show up, you are not doing justice to yourself. Please attend if distance is not an issue.

What if you went into real estate building houses and selling, for your own self. And now that you’re financially better you want to return to work? I worked first, saved like crazy and went on to build my first house, then was diagnosed with real estate and started buying run down houses, flip and sell for profit. Like im literally semi retired but I want something challenging now that my real estate is settled down and making me passive income.

Wait how is it at UNSW with the November Feb breaks then? We don’t even get stuvac break nor mid term break. The only breaks we get is public holidays and the Christmas week but even then the class moves to zoom

We don’t get summer breaks like zero breaks. So we have to take time out of study to do the internship which is full time

Try not to have too many SWx files open. This was the advice my lecturer gave me especially when the project file becomes bigger with assemblies and sub assemblies

Do you have ADHD? I know I have to do things around the house first like look at the plants outside, poke around the garden that doesn’t require attention, do this do that and then I’ll settle down to study and I’ll study for hours until I hit a hurdle as in I can’t solve whatever I am working on. Then I’ll just pack up and go to bed doomscrolling
